PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KIIOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that GLENN DUERING, AS
<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF VELMA MARY DUERING,
<br />Deceased, and pursuant to authority granted him by the Will of
<br />the said "Velma Mary Duering, Deceased, in consideration of TWENTY-
<br />TWG THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($22,OD0.00) in hand paid to him
<br />by the Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto GAEEN
<br />L. STERNER and DELORES J. STERNER, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following-
<br />described premises, situated in Ha11 County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Block Sixteen (16), West_
<br />Park_ Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments ar.d appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said Velma Mary Duering of, in
<br />and to the same, ar any part thereof, subject only to easements
<br />and restrictions of record;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the
<br />Grantees and to their assiyns ar to the heirs and assigns of the
<br />survivar ~f them forever. It is the _^.*_e^.*_; on of al l parties
<br />hereto that in the event of the death of either of the Grantees,
<br />the entire fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in the
<br />surviving Grantee, and the Grantor hereby cavenants that the
<br />premises are free and clear of ary lien or encumbrance caused by
<br />any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Velma Mary
<br />Duering, Deceased; and does hereby warrant that he wi'_1 defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
