<br />The undersigned, Paul R. Skog, attorney for John R.
<br />Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Commissioner of
<br />Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that Donald
<br />Waterman, doing business as 49aterman`s Earthmoving Construction,
<br />doing business in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted
<br />to the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for
<br />contributions due on his employment for the fourth quarter of 1978
<br />in the sum of $173.60, and interest in the sum of $29.51, with
<br />interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $173.60
<br />from June 30, 1980.
<br />Ey reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner
<br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby
<br />claims a lien in the sum of $203.11, with interest at the rate of
<br />one percent per month on the sum of 5173.60, until paid, upon any
<br />and all property, real or personal, or said Donald Waterman, doing
<br />business as Waterman's Earthmoving Construction, and specificiallp
<br />claims a lien on the following described real estate:
