HIiWALDT and ANNA M. HUWALDT, husband and wife, as tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall County, tebraska: Lot Four (4), Nuview Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the Premises. To have and to hold the above described premises untc the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever so Long as the Premises is used in conformity with the Urban Renewal Plan and the Community Developu~ient Plan of the City of Grand Zsland, and so long as ail of the following conditions are met: 1.
