80-=~~` <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />The CZTY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal cor;~oration, <br />herein called the Granter, in consideration of Five Thousand Six <br />Hundred Twenty Dollars ($5,620.00) received from Grantee, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />LAWRENCE E. HIiWALDT and ANNA M. HUWALDT, <br />husband and wife, as tenants in common, the following described real <br />property in Hall County, tebraska: <br />Lot Four (4), Nuview Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises untc the <br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever so Long as <br />the Premises is used in conformity with the Urban Renewal Plan <br />and the Community Developu~ient Plan of the City of Grand Zsland, <br />and so long as ail of the following conditions are met: <br />1. Grantees shall develop the Premises herein conveyed for <br />residential use in accordance with GranteCs' proposal to purchase <br />said Premises, which proposal is on file with tl.e Community <br />Develop-went Agency, together with the final plans for sai~ <br />redevelopment approved b-= the Community Development agency and <br />chief building official_ of the City of Grand Island, Nebras'.:a. <br />2. Grantees shall begin construction of the improvements on <br />the Premises within six {b) months from the date of this deed of <br />conveyance, and said construction shall be completed within one {1} <br />year from the date of this Seed unless completior. time is waived by <br />the Director of the C~?mmunit°,~ Development Agenc~.= as a result of acts <br />or conditions beyond the cnntroJ_ cf the Grantees. The residential <br />project shall be deemed completed as of the date that the Director <br />of Community Development Agency finally e~:amines the Premises and <br />finds it to meet the requirements of the plans and specifications <br />proposed, submitted and approved for the residential development <br />pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan and the Community Development. <br />Plan for the residential project. <br />- 1 - <br />
