STATE OF NEBRASKA ) (ss: AFFIDAV"IT OF POSSESSION COUNTY OF HALZ ) Comes now Francis A. Freeland, being first duly sworn. upon oath, deposes and says as follows: 1. Shirley Freeland Olson, Almeda Elaine Hardin and Francis A. Freeland are the duly qualified and acting Successor Trustees under the Declaration of Trust of Florence Ethel Montgomery, dated December 26, 1967, which is the Declaration of Trust which is recorded as Document No. 80- 002197 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and which is the same Declaration of Trust that is referred to in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 155, at Page 401 in the Office- o.f the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 2. The above described Successor Trustees are the owners, in trust, of the following described real estate and are presently in possession thereof: The Northwest Quarter (NW a) and the west Half of the Southwest Quarter {WSW;) of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Ten {10) North, Range Twelve t12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. 3.
