Blackburn, being first duly sworn on oath <br />deposes and says that he is nne of the attorneys for John <br />Claussen Sons Co., Inc., the party filing a Mechanic's Lien <br />on June c0, 1980, on the following described real property <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A Tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NW'QNE'a) of Section Sixteen (i6) <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of <br />the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: With reference to <br />the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence <br />running Westerly on the North Line of said Section <br />16 on an assumed bearing of N 90000'00" W a dis- <br />tance of 1318.69 feet to the Northeast corner of <br />said NW; of the NE', as previously described said <br />point being the actual point of beginning; thence <br />continuing Westerly on aforesaid North line a <br />distance of 329.70 feet; thence running southerly <br />bearing S 1°11'42" W a distance of 92b.40 feet; <br />thence running Easterly bearing N $9058'10" E a <br />distance of 330.30 feet; thence running Northerly <br />bearing N 1°@9'30" E a distance of 926.21 feet to <br />the actual point of beginning, said tract con- <br />taining 7.02 acres more or less, the Northerly <br />33.00 feet being County Road Right-of-Way; <br />that he mailed ty United States mail on the 20th day of June, <br />1980, postage prepaid, notice of such filing to Mid-West <br />By-Products, Inc., the party shown on the indexes of the <br />Register of Deeds to be the owner of record of such real <br />property on the date of filing of the lien whose name and <br />post office address is known to him to be as follows: <br />Mid-West 8y-Products, Inc., P. 0.
