DAVOLT, wife and husband, each in <br />her and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein called <br />the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto L. G. DA VOLT and GARREL E. DA VOLT, husband <br />and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as <br />tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following- <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block One (1) Le Aeights Subdivision <br />being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwes'. <br />Quarter (NW'~NWQ) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO F.AVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs <br />and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free <br />from encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restric*_ions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated _G~~ l ~.~. 0 ~~ 1980. <br />Q-tee ~ ~ <br />Garrel E.
