<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned,_A & L Farms, Inc. by Robert W. Lassen .
<br />and Thomas L. Anderson __, hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First National
<br />Bank of Crand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of
<br />FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100-------------~-i-_ _--------------- ($ 15,000_.00 ),
<br />together with interest thereon at_ _ 14 ___ per cent per annum from the date hereof,
<br />such sum to be payable on __ June_15~_ 1981 ___ Interest shall be payable
<br />on December 15, 1980 and on ,Tune 15, 1981. ~
<br />The original principal note In the amount of __TtiIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NOJ100-------- ,
<br />($_35,000.00 ) was executed and delivered by the undersigned under [he da' of
<br />June 14, 1974 to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 14th day of June, 1977 , together
<br />with interest at 8 3/4% -per cent per annum and secured by Real Estate Dortgage
<br />to The First National Bank of Crand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Book 165 at Page 499 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned agrees [o pay such extended balance of principal of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
<br />AND NO/1.00 DOLLARS-----------($15,000.00 ), together with interest [hereon at (14Y<)
<br />Fourteen per cent per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful
<br />6-vr.ey of the United States of America at The First ~atiunal Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above-described, other Chan hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment
<br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become
<br />immediately due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof.
<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness,
<br />1 hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage recur-led as _ Book 165 at Page 499
<br />in Real Estate Mortgage records of __ Hall _ ,County, Nebraska _, as
<br />the first mortgage lien upon the. real property described [herein, and the whole of
<br />the CiLle thereto as now owned by me.
