<br />convey and confirm unto CECIL J. HZATT and JUNETTE I. WATT, Huebaad
<br />and Wife, as faint tenants and not as tenants in common, the follow+
<br />ing described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Eighth Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br />Ha21 County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises togetb~ with
