<br />$0-~`ry~ <br />NOTICE OF REAL ESTATE AGREEMENT <br />Notice is hereby given that JAMES T. KENDZIORSKI, a single man, Seller; <br />and MARK A. MCCAFFERY and KAY A.MCCAFFERY, husband and wife, as Buyers, have <br />an this ~ day of ~1t N,p 1980, entered into an agreement in <br />which Seller agrees to sell to Buyers and Buyers agree to purchase from Seller <br />the following real estate: <br />Lot 6, Block 5, Packer and Barr's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Nall County, <br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof. <br />Seller shall sell said real estate subject to easements of record or of use. <br />The agreement provides that Buyers shall i~ot assign the agreement, any part <br />thereof or any interest therein, or attempt to convey said premises or any <br />part thereof (other than conveyance in lieu of eminent domain) at any time <br />prior to the payment of the balance of the purchase price without the prior <br />written consent of Seller. <br />The terms, conditions and covenants of the transaction are specifically stated <br />?t <br />in the agreement executed J vx a f0 + 1980; this document is intended only <br />to provide record notice of the respective interests of the parties in said lands. <br />/~ <br />James T.
