fi 80-- ;~~::: REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE THiS MORTGAGE, made and entered into this ~.p day of u~ a~ 1980, by and between REGION ISI FACILITIES CORPORATION, a Nebraska not for profit corporation (the "MOrtgagoY") and BANK`Q~F° DONIPHAN, I]ONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, as registered owner of that Medical Facility Revenue Bond, Region III Facilities Corporation Issue., Series 1980, issue3 by Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall Cour...y, Nebraska. pursuant to a Bond Resolution adopted July 24, 1979, as amended by a Bond Resolution Amendment adopted June 10, 148.0 (the "Mortgagee"}, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, (the "Authority") has agreed to issue its Medical Facility Revenue Bond,- Region III Facilities Corporation Issue, Series 1980, in the principal amount of $50,000 (the "Bond") in order to provide funds to construct a medical facility to be ceased to Mortgagor. WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the registered holder of the Bond. WHEREAS. Mortgagor has entered into a Guaranty Agreement between Mortgagor and Mortgagee guaranteeing the payment of the Bond, both principal and interest as the same fall due which is dated as of June 1, 1980 (the "Guaranty"). WHEREAS, the Guaranty provides that the obligations of Mortgagor thereunder be secured by the mortgaging of certain real estate owned by Mortgagor.. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the issuance of the Hond by the Authority and the purchase and acceptance of the Bond by Mortgages and for other goad and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, in order to secure the faithful performance of all obligations of Mortgagor under the Guaranty, Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, mortgage- and pledge unto Mortgagee and its successors and assigns foreaer the fallowing described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit;
