<br />WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That LARRY W. WEiR, SR., and JOYCE A. WEIR, husband and wife, <br />hereinafter referred to as Grantors, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other ,, id and <br />valuable consideration as more fuNy set forth below, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto the- SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN <br />DEVELOPMENT of Washington, D.C., his successors and assigns, hereinafter <br />referred to as Grantee, the follo4ving described real property in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Lot Twenty-four {24}, in ARGO FOURTH SUSDiVISION in the Village <br />of Alda, HaH County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with <br />all tenements, hereditamenis and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the <br />Grantee and to his successors_and assigns forever. <br />And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the <br />Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seized of said <br />premises; that they are free fr^m encumbrance and that the Grantors have good <br />right and lawful authority to convey the same, and that the Granta°s urarrant and <br />wiH defend the title to said premises against the lawful elaims of all persons <br />whomsoever. <br />This deed is an absotute conveyance of title in effect as well as in farm, <br />and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance er security of any kind. <br />The consideration therefor is the ful( release and discnarge of ail debts, notes, <br />obligations, costs and charges heretofore subsisting on account of and by the <br />terms of a certain mortgage executed by ;-arty W. Weir, Sr. , anti Joyce A.
