WIESE, as owner, and MID-CONTINENT ENTERPRISES, INC., <br />a Nebraska corporation, as Contract Purchaser, herein called the <br />Grantors, in consideration of 51.00 and other valuable consideration- <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto <br />the <br />' CITY OF GRAND ISLND, NEERASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Ha11 County, Nebraska, herein called the <br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, <br />construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and <br />operate thereon, a~rer electric utility lines, poles, anchors, and <br />other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across, <br />and through a tract of land located in part of Lot Three (3), Island, <br />and part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N~SE4), all in <br />Section Twenty-three {c3), TL,wnship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the bth P.ni., Hzll County, Nebraska, more particular described <br />as follows: <br />A strip of land sixteen (16} feet wide, the <br />southerly line thereof being the South line of <br />Grantors' property as described in Document <br />Number 79-005381, recorded in the Hall County <br />Register ar" Deeds office, said tract of land contain- <br />ing 1.3b acres, mare or less, as shown on the plat <br />dated 5i to/8fl, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with the following rights: Jnrestricted ingress and egress <br />to the above described tract of land for installation, maintenance, <br />operation, and removal of such utilities and appurtenances. <br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include alI rigi.ts <br />necessary far the full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of <br />the easement herein granted, including the right to remove, clear, <br />and keep clear a£ trees, buGhes, hedges, undergrowth, and ether <br />obstructions interfexing with the surveying, construction, inspection, <br />maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal, ar operation <br />of such utilities.
