<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that LESLIE C. SEERY, AS
<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EFFIE M. SEERY, DECEASED,
<br />and pursuant to authority granted him by the County Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, by its Order Authorizing Sale of Real Property
<br />dated May 7, 1980, in consideration of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE
<br />HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($13,300.00) in hand paid to him by
<br />the Grantee, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto JE.EFRES
<br />INVESTMENTS, LTD., Grantee, the following-described premises,
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />The Northerly One-half (N'~) of Lot One (1), Block
<br />Twenty (20) Fairview Park Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said Effie M. Seery of, in and
<br />to the same, or any part thereof, subject only to easements,
<br />restrictions and right-of-way, if any, appearing of record.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto JEFFRES
<br />INVESTMENTS, LTD., and to its successors and assigns forever; and
<br />the Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear
<br />of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied
<br />against the Estate of Effie M. Seery, Deceased, and does hereby
<br />warrant that he will defend the title to said ~rernises against
<br />the lawful Maims of alI persons whomsoever* further representing
<br />Effie M. Ewing and Effie M. Seery were one and the same person.
