<br />Recitals.
<br />1. James G. Fredrickson and Merle B. Fredrickson, husband and
<br />wife, are the record owner of the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall Countyi
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Four ~4), Kay Dee
<br />Subdivision in the City o Grand Island,
<br />County of Hall, Nebraska.
<br />2. The purpose of this Notice of Sale of Real Estate is to give
<br />notice by public record that James G. Fredrickson and Merle Fredrickson
<br />have sold the herein described real estate to William C. Callies and
<br />Karen M. Callies, husband and wife, under an ~~Agreement for Sale of
<br />Real Estate" with the purchase price being paid by installments and
<br />the Warranty Deed for conveyance of the real estate being held in
<br />escrow by Kelly, Kelly 8 Kelly, Attorneys-at-law, p. ~J. Box 1545,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska b8801, escrow agents.

<br />James G. Fredrickson and Merle B. Fredrickson hereby give notice;
<br />1. The herein described real astate has been sold by written
<br />«Agreement for Sale of Real Estate" 'o William C. Callies and
<br />Karen M. Callies, husband and wife, by an agreement dated ?day 23,
<br />1980 .
<br />2. The purchase price for the sale of the premises by 3ames G.
<br />Fredrickson and Merle B. Fredrickson, toWiliiam C. Callies and Karen
<br />M. Callies, husband and erife, is, according to the terms of the
<br />«Agreement for Sale of Real Estate. to be paid for by installments,
<br />the last installment paymeni of which is due and payable on the
<br />2nd day of May, 1983, in a lump sum.
<br />3. A Warranty Deed cv~iveying the above described real estate,
<br />duly and properly executed by James G. Fredrickson and Merle B.
<br />Fredrickson, as grantor, to William C. Callies and Karen hi. Callies,
<br />husband and wife, as grantee, has been delivered to Kelly, ,telly ~
<br />Kelly, Attorneys-at-Iaw, p. i~. Box I545, Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br />is held in escrow by said Kelly, Kell] 8. Kelly, Attorneys-at-law,
<br />F. 0. Box 1545, Grand Isla nd, Nebraska, the escrow agent, according
<br />to the terms and provisions of the "AgrPer~ent for Sale of Real Estate«.
