80-OC~~~~ REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />RICHARD E. BOBBINS AND PRTRZCIA L. BOBBINS, husband and <br />wife, herein called the Mortgagors, in consideration of <br />Thirty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars <br />($38,500.00} do hereby mortgage to MELLIE J. BOBBINS, herein <br />called the Mortgagee, the following described real estate in <br />Ha11 County. and State of Nebraska: <br />South 15' of Lot Five (5), all of Lot Seven {7}, <br />all in Block Thirteen (l3}, Scarff Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the sum <br />of $38,500.00, and interest thereon, according to the terms <br />of a certain Promissory Note of even date, executed by the <br />Mortgagors to the Mortgagee, due the 1st day of Jutse, 1990. <br />The Mortgagors further agree to maintain insurance upon <br />the above described premi=es in an amount not less than the <br />indebtedness due the Mortgagee with a loss-payable clause in <br />favor of Mortgagors and Mortgagee as their interests may <br />appear. <br />The Mortgagors agree to pay alI taxes and assessments <br />upon said premises and all otter taxes, levies and assess- <br />ments levied upon this Mortgage and the Note which this <br />Mortgage is given to secure before the same become delinquent. <br />Zn the event the Mortgagors shall fail to obtair_ such insurance <br />or gay such taxes before delinquent, 'the Mortgagee may <br />purchase such insurance and uay such taxes or other liens <br />and the amount so ?aid shall became due and payable forthwith <br />by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee without notice or demand <br />and shall become part of the principal due under the above <br />mentioned Promissory Note. <br />In the event the Mortgagors default in the payment of <br />said indebtedness or any installment thereof, or fail to <br />perform an}~ of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at <br />Mortgagee's election may declare the entire debt secured by <br />this Mortgage to be due and collectible at once; and may <br />foreclose this Mortgage for they,~~,t~,}sfaction thereof. <br />c <br />Signed this',.' day of ~1,=~~~,~` 1980. <br />. ~ <br />j;~;f--' ,,':' -; <br />Richard.
