prior to entry of a judgment enforcing this Mortgage if (a) Harrower pays Linder a!1 sums which would he then due under
<br />this Mortgage, the Note and Hates securing Future Advance,. ~f any. had ra acceleration occurred: (b; Borrower cures all
<br />breaches of any other covenants or agreements of Harrower contained in this Martgage; (c) Borrower pays all reasonable
<br />expenses incurred by Lender in enfarcing the covenants and agreements of Horrawer contained in this Mortgage and in
<br />enfarcing Lenders remedies as provided in paragraphs 18 hereof. including, but Hat limited to, reasonable attorney's foes, and
<br />(d) Harrower takes such action as Letlder may reasonably require to assets that the lien of this Martgage. Lender's interest
