Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />April 19, 2006, wherein Tina M. Valdez, a single person, is the Trustor, which was filed for G <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, an Apri125, 2006, as <br />Instrument No. 200603662 and contains as trust property the fallowing-described real estate: <br />THE EASTERLY THIRTY TWO AND FOUR TENTHS FEET (E 32.4') OF <br />THE NORTHERLY NINETY AND THIRTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS FEET (N <br />90.35') OF LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130) IN <br />KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />which is commonly known as $21 West Koenig Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now ar hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions, which were referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property", <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor far the reason that said Trustar has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated April 19, 2006, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to <br />above, which secures this obligation. <br />By: <br />Arend R.
