<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated ~
<br />December 9, 2002, wherein Harold E. Carmichael Jr. and Kathy D. Carmichael, Husband and °
<br />Wife, are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on December 23, 2002, as Instrument No. 200214349 and contains as trust
<br />property the following-described real estate:
<br />LOT TWENTY (20), WESTERN HEIGHTS FOURTH (4~H) SUBDIVISION,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />which is commonly known as 4246 Branding Iron Court, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and all buildings, fixtures, and existing and future improvements thereon and all rights-of--way,
<br />easements, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and any
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, all of which were referred to in that Deed of Trust as the
<br />"Property",
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to
<br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated December 9, 2002,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to
<br />above, which secures this obligation.
