<br />-- ----- SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Bax 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by EDWARD J COSGRIFF AND JEAN L CUSGRIFF, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustar, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FI{A EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINCxS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlsch~vede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated JUNE
<br />lo, 2002, and recorded JUNE 14, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2o02A~s~9 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconve once. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by EDWARD J COSGRIFF AND JEAN L COSGRIFF, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trustar, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated ,TUNE
<br />10, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 2oo2A6379, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />A tract of ground in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4) of Section
<br />Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 240 feet East
<br />of the point of intersection of the East line of St. Joseph and Graced Island RaYlway Cowpony's
<br />rigbk of way with the North line of Section 8, Township 9 North, Range 9 West of We 6th P.M.,
<br />running thence South and parallel with the said right of way 253 feet, thence East at right angles
<br />and parallel with said North line approximately 61.75 feet, thence runnlug North along the West
<br />line 253 feet to the North line of said Section 8, thence West thereon approximately 61..75 feet
<br />to the place of beginning.
