<br />o£ which is hereby acknowledged, convey to ERWIN H. LILIENTHAL
<br />and. MARGARET R. LILIENTHAL, husband and wife, as tenants in
<br />common, Grantees, the following described-real estate in-Hai.1
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Lots Fourteen (14), in Section Thirty-one (31), Township Ten (l0},
<br />North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., and all of Lots Three (3}
<br />and Four (4), of Section Six (b) and such part of--Lots Five (5), Slat {6),
<br />and- Seven {7) of Section Six (6} and not heretofore-conveyed to Ruth
<br />Skaats and Arthur Smeaton, all in Township Nine (9), North, Range Ten
<br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. That portion of Lots
<br />Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), herein conveyed being described as
<br />commencing at an iron pipe located on the south bank of the channel of
<br />the Platte formerly the north line of said Lots Five (5) and Six (6), a
<br />distance of 440 Feet from the west line of Section Six (6}; running
<br />thence in an easterly direction 3,497 feet 5 inches to an iron pipe on
<br />the east line of said Lot Seven (7); thence in a northerly direction
<br />1,767 feet 2 inches to an iron pipe marking the northeast corner of
<br />said Lot Seven (7); thence at a 90° angle in a westerly direction 1,320
<br />feet to an iron pipe marking the northwest corner of said Lvt Seven (7);
<br />thence at a 90°27' angle north to an iron pipe on the south bank of
<br />the aforesaid channel and thence along the south bank of said channel to
<br />the place of beginning and containing 77.85 acres, a little more or less;
<br />the total acreage being 173 acres, a little more or less.
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/G} of Section
<br />Eight (8), in Township Nine (9), North, Range Eleven {11}, West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, (subject to easements and highways).
<br />Grantors covenant jointly and severally with the Grantees
<br />that grantors:
<br />(i) are lacy€ully sassed o€ such r-eat estate and-that it
<br />is free from encumbrances;
<br />(7) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
