<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that on the ~ day of May, 1480,
<br />The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />a Corporation, of Grand Island, Nebraska, filed its petition and
<br />action in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against defend-
<br />ants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mort-
<br />gage on the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) in Gosda Subdivision,
<br />part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (SE~NE4) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Town-
<br />ship Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Ha11 County, Nebraska, and commonly known
<br />as 4066 Edna Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska ti88g1,
<br />given by said defendants, Bernard H. Borer, Jr. and Sherry S. Borer,
<br />husband and wife, on the 26th day of April, 1973 to The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that
<br />said mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on Che 3rd day of Mav, 1973, in
<br />Book 161 of Mortgages at Page 73.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $25,348.31 with inter-
<br />est from May 1, 1980 a[ $10.62 per day, and it prays for the sale of
<br />the real estate above described to satisfy the amount due on its mort-
<br />gage with interest and court costs.
