Hand, attorney for John R. <br />Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Commissioner of <br />Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that Robert <br />Baker, formerly doing business as Baker Construction Company, having <br />done business in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted to <br />the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for <br />contributions due on his employment for the second, third and fourth <br />quarters of 1974 in the sum of $176.33, and interest in the sum of <br />$8.46, with interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum <br />of $176.33, from April 30, 1980. <br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner <br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby <br />claims a lien in the sum of $184.79, with interest at the rate of <br />one percent per month on the sum of $176.33, until paid, upon any <br />and all property, real or personal, of said Robert Baker, formerly <br />doing business as Baker Construction Company, and specifically claims <br />a lien on the following described real estate: <br />Robert Baker <br />Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Fourteen <br />(114) in Railroad Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject only to liens of prior record pursuant to Section 48-657, <br />R.R.S.
