<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Theodore P.- Hcie2ck
<br />and Nadean A, Hoelck, husband and wife, hereinafter referrezl t'o'
<br />as Mortgagor in consideration of the sum of Thirty Seven Thousand'
<br />Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($37,800.00) in hand paid,. do
<br />hereby sell and convey unto Donald E. Lukens and Marilyn R.
<br />Lukens, husband and wife, as joint tenants, hereinafter referred
<br />to as Mortgagees, the following-described premises situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One Hundred Twenty Seven (127),
<br />Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand'
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, with --
<br />all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagees
<br />and to their assigns or successors, forever, provided always, and
<br />these presents are upor. the express condition that if the aforesaid
<br />tortgagors, their successors or assigns shall gay or cause to be
<br />paid to the said Mortgagees, their successors or assigns the sum
<br />of Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Pio/100 Dollars ($37,8-00.40}
<br />with interest theron, payable all according to the tenor and
<br />effect of a certain promissory note executed by the Mortgagors
<br />and delivered to the Mortgagees on Mt~y 1 1980,
<br />and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real
<br />estate, and keep the buildings on said premises insured for the
<br />sum of at least Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Nol100
<br />Dollars ($37,800.00) loss, if any, payable to the said Mortgagees,
<br />their successors or assigns, then these premises to be void,
<br />otherwise to be a..-.d renEain in full force and effect.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED (1) That if the said Mortgagors
<br />shall fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the said
<br />Mortgagees may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the
<br />sum so advanced, with interest in accordance with the said promis-
<br />scry note shail be paid by said Mortgagors, and this mortgage
<br />shall stand as security far the same, (<} That a failure to _~av
<br />ary of said money, either princigai or interest when the same
<br />become-s due, er f ..lure to comply •.:i.th any of the foregoing
<br />agreements, shall cause the whole sum of e~oney h2rcin secured to
<br />become due and collectible at once at the option of the Mortgagees.
