<br />Ten (10), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (4) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of Lot Nine
<br />(9) of County Subdivision bounded and described as follows:

<br />said Lot Eight (8) to the place of commencement, excepting,
<br />however, from said Lot Eight (8) and that part of Lot Nine (9),
<br />above descri2aed, a tract of ground more particularly described
<br />in Warranty Deed recorded in book 175, at pa5e "s53, of the
<br />deed records of Hall Cow~ty, Nebraska.

<br />1. On the 24th day of February 1978, which mortgage
<br />was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #78-001145.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due 5392,097.83 on
<br />said mortgage and the notes they were yiven to secure, and it
<br />prays for the sale of said real estate above described to
<br />satisfy the amounts found due on its mortgage, including in-
<br />terest Arid costs.
