DE Pt ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUtiCiL OP THE CITY OP GRAND ISLAND; NEHRASiUi: SECTZON 1. Street Improvement District Na. 999 in the City of Grand Island, IdhT.Mka, is hereby created. SECTION 2.
