SE I? ORDAINED BY THE NAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CRAND ISLAND, NEBRASEA: SECTION 1. Sanitary Sewer District No. 453 of the City of Graced Island, Nebraska, L hereby created for she laying of an eight-inch, vitrified clay or polyviaalehloride plutic pipe, line, and aFpurcenances thereto. SECTION 2. The boundaries of such sanitary sewer district shall be as follows: Hegitwing at a point on the East line of Dau Subdivision, said point being 130 feet North of the North line of Fifth Street; thence running South on the Easc line of said subdivision and the South prolongation of the Eas[ line of said subdivision for a distance of 190 feet Co the South line of Fifth Street; thence running Weac on the South line of Fifth Street for a distance of 350 feet Co the East line of Kallos Subdivision; thence running South on the East line of Kallos Subdivision for a distance of 165 feet co the Northeast corner of Loc 20, Kallos ~ Subdivision; thence running West on the Nnrth Line of said Lot 20 for a distance of 73 feet co the Northwest corner of said Lot 20; thence rumiing South on the West line and the South prolongation of the West ~• line of said Loc 20 for a distance of 225 feet to the South line of e ~ ~ ~ Fourth Street;~c{~ence running west on the South line of Fourth Street ~ a distance of 172.5 feet co the Northwest corner of Loc 9, Kallos Sub- w W division; thence running southwesterly on the Weac Line of said Lot 9 a distance of 169 feet co the Southwest corner of Kallos Subdivision; 2 Q ~ thrnce running Nozch on the Wast line of Kallos Subdivision a distance i ~ of 550.71 feet to the Northwest corner of said subdivision: thence j running Easc on the North Line of said subdivision For a distance of 110.86 feet co the Wesc line of Orleans Drive; thence running North on the North prolongation of the West line of Or Leans Drive for a distance of 160 feet; thence running East nn a Line parallel to and 130 feet North of the North line of Fifth Street for a distance of 595.5 feet to the East line of Dau Subdivision, being the point of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached haraco and incorporated herein by referanea.
