<br />($23,000.00 ) was executed and delivered by thr undersigned under the date of
<br />April 2 ,_ 1974 to The Firs[ National Bank of (;rand Island, Grard Island,
<br />Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 23 _ day of___April L1976 , together
<br />with interest at H 3f4X __per cent per annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage
<br />to The First National Bank of Grand island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Book 165 on Page 409 --~in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of ELEVEN THOUSAND
<br />AND NO/100 DOLLARS---------- ($_11,000._00 ), together with interest thereon at (16X
<br />Sixteen per cent per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful
<br />money of the United States of America a[ The First National Bank of f;rand Island,

<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged sad
