RELEASE OF MECHANICS LIEN Know all men, that we the undersigned in consideration of full payment of our claim, and other valuable consideration received, do hereby waive, re- linqufsh and release the mechanics lien recorded as Document No. ?9'008172 of the Records of Hali County, State of Nebraska, which covers the fallowing described real estate situated in said county, to-wit: A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE}) of Section Eight (8), Township Twelve (12} North, Range Nine (9}, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particular- ly described as follows; Beginning at a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 281, said point being 747,2 feet South and 39.75 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Section Eight (8}; thence West- erly parallel to the North line of said Section Eight (8), a distance of 1,16b.02 feet; thence deflecting left 91°25' and runxung southerly, a distance of 572.8 feet; thence Easterly parallel Lo the North line of said Section Eight {8), a distance of 1,164.39 feet, to the Westerly rightrof-wap line of said U.S. Highway 281; thence northerly along said highway rightrof-way line, a distance of 572.8 feet to the place of beginning.
