~~ ~~ R$LEASB OF NOtI-EXCLUSIVE DRIVEW]!Y F.ASB.M~YP I+p IIII' Mid-Cantinent Bntergrises, Ine., being the developer of the Ile de Grand Shopping Center located in Block Nine (9), Continental Gardens, an Eddition to the City of Grand Island, Ha21 County, Nebraska; HAVING completed the development of Phase YI of said shopping center, including making provision for the perms- Went driveway entrance giving ingress and egress to and from Webb Road along the west side of said Block Nine (9); and HAVING no further need for the following described non- exclusive easement; Does, hereby, by these presents permanently release and revoke and abrogate the non-exclusive driveway easement, which is set forth in Article Three, Paragraph 1, of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, which is filed as Document No. 78-008105 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska. It is specifically understood and agreed that except as amended hereby by the deletion of the said Paragraph 1 of Article Three, the foregoing Declaration of Restrictive Covenants is hereby reaffirmed in all other aspects, all other grovisions to be and remain in full force and effect. ~~Exeeuted at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this day of April, 1980.
