<br />9. CorrdemssWlcn. The prceeeds of atry award or claim for damages, direct or consegttent'ral, in cotmection with any
<br />condemnation or arbor taking of the Property, or part thereof, or for conveyance in heu of condemnation, are hereby assigned
<br />and shalt be paid to bender.
<br />In the event of a tMal taking of the Property. the proceeds shall be applied [o the stems secured by this Mortgage.
