<br />2. Grantee sha1Z have the right to trim or remove all trees
<br />and brush on said right-of-way as may be necessary to efficiently
<br />survey, construct, reconstruct, relocate, inspect, repair, replace,
<br />extend, add to, maintain, operate, and remove said transvti.ssion
<br />and distribution lines, tagether with the express provision that
<br />any and all trees which in failing would come within 18 feet of
<br />the nearest electric Line canductar, may be topped or removed.
<br />All refuse from such tree cutting ar trimming shall be burned. or
<br />removed by Grantee.
<br />3. Grantee hereby agrees to pay the Grantors or Lessee, as
<br />their interest may appear, for any damage to real or personal
<br />propperty, fences, livestock, and to growing crops by reason of
<br />the survey, canstructian, reconstruction, relocation, inspection,
<br />repair, replacement, extension, addition ta, maintenance, opera-
<br />tian, and removal. of staid tranr~missican and distribution lines.

<br />c+~isting of pales , towers , rawer faunuat ions , down guys , ani:hars ,
<br />4ras8arznn, int;ulatars, wires, support's, and tither fixtures and
<br />aquipmenC, with changed dimensions and different voltages, aver,
<br />abav+i, along, under, in, and across the shave described real
<br />estate covered by this easement.
