BQ~ TERMINATION ~ GROUND LEASE THIS AGREEMENT made this 13..Lit.31 day of ~1'pril 19$O by and between Donald L. Sturm, hereinafter ca77ed the Lessee, and Stu~~ Investment, Inc.> a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called the lessor. WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee entered into a Ground Lease dated De- cember 10, 1971, covering the real property situated in the City of brand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit A. WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee executed and recorded a Short Form Memorandum of the aforesaid lease in Book 22, page 411, of the Mis- cellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars ($10.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. The Ground Lease dated December 10, 1471 executed by the parties hereto covering the property described in Exhibit A is hereby terminated. 2.
