<br />The undersigned, Donald W. Hand, attorney far John
<br />R. Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Commissioner
<br />of Labor of the State of :debraska, does hereby certify that Don
<br />Beason, doing business as Financial Planning & Protection, doing
<br />business in Grand Island, ETall County, Nebraska, is indebted to
<br />the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for
<br />contributions due on his employment for the first, second, third
