<br />The undersigned, Donald W. Hand, attorney far John
<br />R. Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Commissioner
<br />of Labor of the State of :debraska, does hereby certify that Don
<br />Beason, doing business as Financial Planning & Protection, doing
<br />business in Grand Island, ETall County, Nebraska, is indebted to
<br />the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for
<br />contributions due on his employment for the first, second, third
<br />and fourth quarters of 1979 in the sum of $400.00 (these quarters:
<br />being assessed} and interest in the sum of $30.00, with interest
<br />at the rate of one percent per month an the sum of $400.00, from
<br />April 30, 1980.
<br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner
<br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment CompensationFund, hereby
<br />claims a lien in the sum of $434.00, with interest at the rate of
<br />one percent per month nn the sum of 5400.00, until paid, upon any
