<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Stumpff
<br /> Farms, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company to TierOne lank, successor to United Nebraska
<br /> Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated July 23, 2004, and recorded July 30, 2004 in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No 0200407547, has been
<br /> paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br /> delivered.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br /> the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br /> the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br /> Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
