<br />HEIDER, ALICE WEBER, ANNA BANDIMAR and DANIEL HEIDER, as tenants
<br />in coaamon, Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined
<br />in Section 76-ZU1, R.R.S. 143) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in the North One
<br />Half of the Southwest quarter (N~ SW~) of Section
<br />Twenty-Six (26}, Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />containing 8U Acres, more or less,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantees, as tenants in ccx:tmon, and to their
<br />respective heirs and assigns.
