That that part of Glark Street lyfng.tsetween <br />Lot I, Block 8, Arnold & Abbott's Addition, and. Lot 4, Block- <br />- 9, Arnold & Abbott's Addition in the Gity of Grand Island, <br />be, and hereby is, vacated; provided and conditioned, that- <br />the Gity of Grand Island hereby reserves a I6 foot wide <br />perpetual public utility easement, in, over, underneath, and:. <br />through the vacated area,-and all rights necessary and <br />appurtenant thereto, alI as shown on the plat marked Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTZ©N 2.
