<br />the 5authwsst Quarter (5~ 5W}) of Section Thirty (30),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (IO) West of the 6th
<br />F.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less 0.73 Acre, mere or less,
<br />Conveyed to County of Ha13, State of Nebraska, by Quit
<br />Claim Deed. recorded in Book 138 of Deeds, Page 331,
<br />recorded in the E~ffice of the Register of Deeds of Ha11
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to mortgage liens, easeaTents and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined Gzantee is the person entitled to diatri-
<br />bution of the real estate from the Estate of Maurice M. Rainforth,
<br />deeceased. Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey and release the real estate to
<br />Grantee.
