<br />between Arvene G. Brannagan and Theresa M. Brannagan, husband sad
<br />wire, ae point tenants with right of survivorship, Sellers, and
<br />Daniel J. Rainforth and Maurice M. Rainforth, as tenants in
<br />coaamon, Buyers, whereby Sellers sold to Buyers and Buyers brou~t
<br />from Sellers the following described real estate in hall County.

<br />P.M., Sall County, Nebraska,
