<br />A ~uor.um far Association meetings shall consist of ±he presence,
<br />in person or by proxy, of suite or garage owners holding a majority of the
<br />fatal basic value of the Condominium Property Regiafe, using the percent-
<br />ages set forth in Paragraph VZ of the Master Deed, unless otherwise
<br />provided in these By-Laws or the Master Deed.
<br />Section 7. Voting.
<br />The owner or owners of each Suite or garage, or some person
<br />designated by such owner oe owners to act as proxy on his or their behalf
<br />and who need not be an owner, shall be entitled to cast the votes
<br />appurtenant to such suite ar garage at all meetings. The designation of
<br />any such proxy shall be made in writing to the Secretary, and shall: be
<br />tevaeable at any time by written notice to the Secretary, by the owner ax
<br />owners sa designating. In instances of other than individual ownership,
<br />any or all of such owners may be present at any meeting of the owners
<br />and (those constituting a group acting unanimously}, may vote or take any

<br />no person may act as proxy for the owner ar owners of more than one suite.
<br />The total number of votes of all suite owners shall be 41,01.5, and each
<br />suite or garage owner (including the Developer and the Board of Adminis-
<br />trators, i~ the Developer shall then own, or the Board of Administrators,
<br />or its designee, shall then hold title to one or more suites} shall be
<br />entitled to cast one vote at all meetings of the suite owners for each
<br />....e-hundredth percent (,Oi.s} of interest in tr,e common areas and
<br />facilities applicable to his or their suite or garage. A fiduciary shall
<br />be the voting member with respect *_o any suite or garage owned in a
<br />fiduciary sagacity.
<br />Section 8. Majority Vote.
<br />The vote of a majority of the votes represented at a meeting
<br />at which a quorum shall be present shall be binding upon all suite and
<br />garage owners for all purposes except where in the Master Deed and
<br />Beclaration or these Ry-r-aws, a higher percentage vor,e is required,
