<br /> Section 3. Insurance by Suite and Garage Owners.
<br /> Suite and garage owner, Shall not be prohibited from carrying
<br /> other insurance for their Own benefit provided that all such policies
<br /> shall ccnl a .n waivers of subrogation, provided, further, that no suite
<br /> and cRaraae owner shall have the right to insure any of the common
<br /> ele;mr;~nt:: inriivc3ually.
<br /> :.nsurance covera(ac, on furnishings and other iteris of personal..
<br /> or other property belonging to an owner and public liability coverage
<br /> within each suite or garage shall, be the sole and direct responsibility
<br /> of the suite or garage cwner thereof, and the Board of Administr-,tors
<br /> and the Association shall hale no responsibility therefor.
<br /> -U^lCl,t: VII. MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATIONS.
<br /> Section 1. Maintenance.

<br /> The suite owner shall. have the obligation to maintain and keep,
<br /> in good repair the interior surfaces of walls, ceilings, a;,c] floors
<br /> (including carpeting, tile, wallpaper, paint or other c,)vering) as well
<br /> as all fixt4arlas, utilities, wiring, plumbing and appliances, loc.:tted
<br /> within such owner's suite. An owner shall not be responsible for repair
<br /> to common elem. nts by casualty, unless such casualty is due to the act
<br /> or negl igenc.(: of the awner., his guests, invitees or tenants. All common
<br /> element maint.ei%anc:-, inc:ludinc;. lawn maint:cnance and snow remov,-,1, repairs
<br /> and replacements to the general common elements, shall be made by the
<br /> Association and be charcred to all the suite or garage owners as a common
<br /> expense, unless such maintenance, repair or replacement is necessitated
<br /> by the negl,iger;ce, misuse or negl(-,~ct of a suite or, garage owner, in which
<br /> cane, such expense shall be charged to such suite or g.;rrage owner.

<br /> out the prior written consent thereto of the Board of Administrator,.
<br /> Board of. Administrators shall have the obligation to answer any
<br /> written request by a suite.or garage owner for approval of ra propo4;ed
<br /> structural addition, alteration or improvement in such owner's suite or
