At any regular or special meeting of Association, any one or more of the members of the Board of Administrators may be removed with ar without cause by a vote of the owners of a majority of the basic ualue of the Condominium Property Regime, using the percentages set Earth in the Paragraph VI of the Master faced, and a successor may then and there err thereafter be elected to fill the vacancy thus created. Any memisers of *_he Board of Administrators whose removal has been pro- posed by the Association owners shall be given an opportunity to be hFard at the meeting. Section b. Vacancies.
