<br />obligate Grantee, except by mutual agreement, to move, remove,
<br />replace, ar otherwise alter or extend any poles, towers, downquys,
<br />ar,chcrs and the like. Nor do the right; retained herein give
<br />Grantors the right to demand that Grantee move, remove, replace ar
<br />otherwise alter any poles, towers, downguys, anchors and the .like.
<br />3. Grantee shall have the right of ingress and egress
<br />across the easement property for any purpose necessary in connection
<br />with ttxe survey, construction, reconstruction, relocation, inspec-
<br />tion, repair, replacement, extension, addition to, maintenance,
<br />operation, and remavai of said Iines. Such ingress and egress
<br />shall be exercised, however, in a reasonable manner.
<br />4. Grantee shall have tl:e right to trim or remove all
<br />trees and brush on said right-of-way as may be necessary to
<br />efficiently survey, construct, reconstruct, relocate, inspect,
<br />repair, re glace, extend, add ta, :naia~tain, operate, and remove
<br />said transmission and distribution lines, together wlti; the
<br />express prevision that any and al'_ trees which ir. Eallin7 v:auld

<br />may be topped or removed. ril rP~use from such tree cutting or
<br />trimming shall be burned ar removed by Grantee.
<br />5. Grantee hereby agrees to pa}~ Lhe Granters, or any
<br />Lessee, as their interest may appear, for any damage to real ar
<br />personal property, fences, livestock, and to growing Drops by
<br />reason of each and every survey, construction, recanstructian,
<br />relocation, inspection, repair, replacement, extension, addition
<br />to, maintenance, operation, and removal of said transmission and
<br />distribution linen ar the trimmir=g, cutting, tapping ar r~::,aval
<br />of brush and trees. Such damages shall include, but net be
<br />limited to, damage to the surface of the land ar erap5 driven
<br />aver, temporarily occupied in any way or knocked down.
