JEFFRES, Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided one-half {1/2) interest in a tract of <br />land comprising the westerly Six Hundred Sixty (660.0) <br />Feet of the northerly One Thousand Three Hundred <br />Twenty (1,320.0) Feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE's) <br />of Section Eight (8), Township Twelve {12) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, containing 20.0 Acres, more or less. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the real estate, together with all <br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging <br />unto Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns. <br />Grantors covenant with Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns: <br />1. The real estate is canveyed subject to covenants, conditions, <br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record and visible ease- <br />ments, if any; <br />2.
