Miller, each in his <br />and her own right and as the spouse of esch other, Grantors, <br />in consideration o€ valuable consideration, do hereby convey <br />unto Donald L. Sander and Carla D. Sander, as joint tenants, <br />Grantees', an easement for a water connecting line and the legal <br />description of such easement is more fully described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point Forty Feet North (40') of the <br />Northwest Corner of Lot Six (6), in Fractional Block <br />Forty-Six (4fi) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition <br />to the CiTy of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,- <br />and thence running East and parallel to the North <br />line of said Lot Six (6), for a distance of One <br />Hundred Twenty (120') feet tc the West edge of the <br />alley, as extended to the North and which runs North <br />and South and abuts said Lnt-Six {Er}; thence running <br />.South alonq~ the West edge of said alley a distance. of <br />Five Feet `5'}; thence running West and parallel to the <br />North lzne of said Lot Six (6), a distance of One Hundred <br />Twenty Feet (120') to the East side of Garet' Avenue; and <br />running thence North along and upon the East side of <br />Carey Avenue for a distance of Five Feet {5') to the <br />point of beginning, <br />This easement is for the benefit of Fractional Lot Five (5) <br />and the South Half (S~) of vacated Clarence Street adjoining and <br />abutting on the North thereof, (City Ordinance #5004), in Frac- <br />tional Block Forty-Six(46) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This easement shall. be for the benefit of said premises in <br />perpetuity for the purpose of underground water and other utility <br />connecting lines. The grantees or their successors in title may <br />inter upon said easement to install, prctret, or repair- any such <br />4,onnecting lines, but they shall researe the surface of said <br />easement premises to substantia'l1y the same condition as Chet' <br />ire prior to any sucl installaci+sn or repairs.
