<br />CORRECTIVE SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED
<br />JACK L. JENSEN and SHIRLEY A. JENSEN, husband and wife; Qach-
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of each other, and ROLAND
<br />E. HOLMES and MARILYN A. HOLMES, formerly known as Marilyn A.
<br />Jensen, husband aad wife, each in his and her own right and
<br />as spouse of each other, herein called the Grantor, whether one
<br />or more, in consideration of NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,600.00}
<br />received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey., and
<br />confirm unto JACK L. JENSEN and SHIRLEY A. JENSEN, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as
<br />tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), in BlocY. Fifteen (l_5), in H.G. Clark's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Tsland, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together
<br />wi*_h all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the
<br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br />And Grantor does hereby covenant with *_he Grantees and
<br />with their assigns and with the izeirs and assigns of the survivor
<br />of them that Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that
<br />they are free from encumbrance except easements and restrictions
<br />or record; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority_ to
<br />convey the same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever.
