Hand, attorney for John R. <br />Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Commissioner of <br />Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that Grand Island <br />Lawn Care, doing business in Grand Island, Fall County, Nebraska, <br />is indebted to the Unemploymeht Compensation Fund of the State of <br />Nebraska for contributions due on their employment for the fourth <br />quarter of 1978 and the first, second, third and fourth quarter of <br />1979 in the sum of $2831.98, and interest in the sum of $226.64, <br />with interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of <br />$2831.98, from March 31, 1980. <br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner <br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensatian Fund, hereby <br />claims a lien in the sum of $3058.62, with interest at the rate of <br />one percent per month on the sum of $2831.98, until paid, upon. any <br />and all property, real or personal, of said Grand Island Lawn Care, <br />subject only to liens of prior record pursuant to Section 48-657, <br />R.R.S.
