RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Regency by the Green, a PaYcnership, is currently developing a residential area in the south west part of the City of Grand Island known as Regency by the Green Subdivision; and WHEREAS, said. development incorporates a storm sewer collection system tentatively approved by the City of Grand Island which will serve the entire subdivision; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct an outfall sewer connecting the collection system with a natural drainage way; and WHEREAS, a suitable location for such construction ', is, a portion of the county road lying southwest of said subdivision which portion is currently unused for public road right of way purposes by virtue of the road having been relocated; and WHEREAS, such a need is of a public nature and necessary for the general health and welfare. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLViD BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS that Regency by the Green, a Partnership, and its successors, is hereby given and granted an easement described as follows: A Twenty Foot (20') wide permanent sewer and drainage easement in part of the South- east Quarter of Section Twenty Nine (29) Township Eleven (ll) North, Range Nine (9~; West of the bth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at Che Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section Twenty Nine (29); thence south O1°17'00" EasC for One Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven (1,811} feet along the East line of said Southeast Q,~arter ~o the true point of beginning; thence south 88 G3'20" west for twenCy (20} feet, thence south O1°i7'00" east approximately Sixty Six (6b) feet to the center line of Woad River; thence northeasterly along the center line of Wood River to the intersection with the east line of the Southwest Quarter of said Se&tion twenty Nine (29); thence north O1 17'00" west along said east line, Fifty Six and Eleven Hundredths (5b.11) feet to the point of beginning.
