RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on the 29th day of August, 1978, the Hall County Berard of Supervisors passed and adopt.d a Resolution. granting an easement to Regency By The Green, a Partnership, in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, certain technical errors have been discovered in the legal description of said easement described therein and in ,the plat shooing the location of the easement; and ~1 I WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the public that such errors be corrected. NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED BY THE HALL GOUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS that the Resolution passed by the Board of Supervisors on the 29th day of August, 1978, granting an easement to Regency By The Green, A Partnership, be and is hereby amended so that the legal description set forth therein reads as follows: A Twenty Foot (20') wide permanent sewer and drainage easement in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the '6th -.iZ., Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section Twenty-Nine (29); thence South O1°17'00" East for One Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven (1811.00) feet along the East line of said Southeast Quarter to the true point of beginning; thence South 88°43'00" Weft for Twenty (20.00) feet; thence South O1 17'00" East approximately Sixty-six. (66) feet to the centerline of Wood River; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Wood River to the intersection with the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said ~S'ection Twenty-nine (29); thence North O1 17'00" West along the said East line of said Section Twenty-nine (29), Fifty-six and Eleven Hundredths (56.11) feet to the paint of beginning, It is further resolved that Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated. herein by reference be and is hereby substituted fcsr the Exhibit "A" attached to the original resolution incorpor- ated into the Resolution dated August 29, 1978.
