~~- ~~~ <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />AFFIDAVIT regarding Lot r'ifty-Five <br />(55) and North Ten Feet (NIO') of ---- <br />Lot Fifty-Four (54), in Former View <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand-.` <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Nelson Helm, heing first duly sworn, states as follows: <br />1. He is the Director of Planning for the Regional <br />' Planning Commission for the City of Grand Island, and the <br />County of Ha11, Nebraska. He has knowledge of the subdivision <br />regulations of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and states <br />that Section 32-4 of the Grand Island City Code .entitled <br />'"Division of Platted Lats"', provides in part as follows: <br />'"The adjustment of lot boundaries between lots shall not be <br />counted as a subdivision provided no new lets are created. No' <br />subsized building lots shall result from such adjustment of <br />lot boundaries." <br />2. He further states that he is familiar with Fonner <br />View Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and <br />that since its, platting, in 1976, he knows that various <br />building lots have been conveyed by c~:mbining portions pf <br />,.'adjacent lots in order to create larger building lots. He <br />further knows that no subsized building lots have resulted <br />from such adjustment of lot boundaries and conveyances. He <br />further states that no further platting process or subdivision <br />process is necessary under Section 32-4 of the Grand Island <br />City Code for the division of platted lots. <br />3.
