...~. <br />~~~~~~ CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED <br />HALL COUNTY INVESTMENT GROUP, a Nebraska partnership, herein <br />called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY- <br />THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($33,150.00) <br />received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto GARY A. FITCH, a single person, herein called the <br />Grantee, the following-described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />A certain parcel of real estate located in the South- <br />west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~SW~) of <br />Section Twenty-one (21), in Township Eleven ill) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: Commencing at a point <br />163.3 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the South- <br />west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~tSW~t) of said <br />Section Twenty-one (2i), running thence North and in a <br />line Parallel with the East Boundary line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~tSW~) a <br />distance of 240.7 feet; thence at right angles and in a <br />Westerly direction 120 feat; thence at right angles and <br />in a ~outiaeily dizcc:tion, 24u.7 fcct; thea;cc of ,.fight <br />angles and in an Easterly direction, 120 feet, to the <br />place of beginning, subject, however, to the highway <br />right-af-way Deer the Southerly 33 feet thereof. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns farever. And Grantor hereby covenants with the said <br />Grantee aad with Grantee"s heirs and assigns, that Grantor is <br />lawfully seized of said-premises, that they are free from encum- <br />brance and that Grantor has good right and lawful autharity to <br />sell the same; and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and defend <br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all <br />persons whosoever.
